Shino | Embrace It All Breathing
Breathing practices for nights when your mind won't stop.
What is Embrace It All?
Embrace It All means letting every part of you be here, the calm parts and the messy ones.
You don't have to fix your feelings or force yourself to feel positive. In my videos, we simply breathe together and make room for whatever is there.
In Japanese, I call this Zen-Juyō (全受容): accepting all of yourself.
About me
I'm Shino, a stay-at-home mom turned CEO in Japan. I've been sharing this practice with my community in Japan, and now I'm sharing it in English, too.
Please read
- What I share is a breathing and self-acceptance practice. It is not therapy or medical care, and it can't diagnose anything.
- I'm not a licensed doctor, psychologist, or therapist. My videos are not a substitute for professional care.
- If strong feelings come up, it's okay to stop at any time. Open your eyes, look around the room, and feel your feet on the floor.
- Breathe gently. If you feel dizzy or short of breath, go back to your normal breathing. If you have a heart or breathing condition, or you're pregnant, please check with your doctor first.
- I'm from Japan and still learning English, so the voice in my videos is an AI version of my own voice.
